Ford has again restructured their upper management since the now ex CEO Mark Fields left. Jim Hackett who is now in the top executive spot plans on continuing to reshape the ford image, so the ford image will appeal more to investors and potential buyers. Bennie Fowler a long time employee with the company is retiring. In his place Linda Cash will step in. She was the Vice President of manufacturing for ford in Europe. Joy Falotico who is the chairman and CEO of Ford credit will report to Jim Hackett directly.
