Life must be simplified when you travel full time. Not just in regards to what you can wear and pack but you also have a limited amount of time outside of travel where family, friends, and significant can be seen. It’s a challenging life but one worth having to experience so many different opportunities and learn about different cultures. It’s a shame more people aren’t open minded about it. Not many people can have such a well-rounded life.
- When you start traveling full time things that were important such as fashion and sentimental items seem to go by the wayside for more practical and efficient things.
- The farther I get from “home,” the less I feel connected to what friends in Seattle think about me and what I’m doing right now.
- Traveling full-time with a partner is a challenge for the relationship. Between the sense of perpetual displacement and isolation, we have only each other to rely on.
